- Selection of fresh seasonal fruits.
- Canarian cheese accompanied by gofio, knife-cut Iberian ham, salmon or roast leg.
- Homemade cake of the day.
- Variety of breads: artisanal brioche, white sourdough and with seeds.
- Homemade granola with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit (blueberries or raspberries).
- Salted parsley and salt butter, sweet orange and honey butter, local honey and homemade jams.
- Crushed tomato and jar with basil oil, La Palma avocado, hummus or cream cheese.
- Freshly made natural juice of the day.
- Eggs to choose from: Fried, Scrambled classic or with shiitake, ham and confit tomatoes, Eggs Royale with Uga salmon, brioche, fresh goat cheese, Poached, Hard boiled, French omelet.
- Coffee or infusion to taste.
- Glass of sparkling wine. (Brunch).
