Tickets: From 2:00 p.m.
Departures: Until 12:00 p.m.
Cancellations: The client may cancel the reservation up to 15 days before arrival, if they choose a Refundable Rate. The client will not be able to cancel the reservation if he chooses the Non-Refundable rate. Cancellation Policy Refundable Rate: If cancellation occurs before 7 days, 100% of the first night will be charged. If the cancellation is made 1 week before your arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be charged. If you do not show up, or perform a No-Show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Your reservation will be confirmed by sending you an e-mail with your information and selected dates. Please inform us of the flight details and approximate arrival time required. Arrival time does not mean the room is ready.
